A card on file is required to secure your appointment. Please keep in mind the time is secured for you, and any late cancelations or no-shows takes time away from your esthetician and others on the waitlist.
A minimum of 24 hours notice is required to reschedule or cancel your appointment.
If less than 24 hours notice is given, a rescheduling fee of 50% of all services booked will need to be paid before booking or receiving a new appointment. If the invoice goes unfulfilled, appointments will no longer be available for you.
No-Shows will also be charged 50% of the booked appointment(s).
Clients must arrive on time to their appointment. A late arrival means cutting into dedicated cleaning time set aside for the next client and cuts into both yours and the next clients appointment. A 50% late rescheduling fee will need to be paid before making a new appointment if too late to receive any or all services.
If constant lateness has continued to impede on our scheduled time together, appointments will no longer be available for you.
